Improving lockout procedures in Pennsylvania

For the most part, employers spend the time and money necessary to ensure their workplace safety plans are effective. They also tend to do a good job when it comes to their facility lockout safety plans. However, simply having a plan may not be enough as workers may simply revert to old habits. Therefore, employers should assign staff members to serve as mentors or go-to people to ensure that safety protocols are being followed.
